After Three Calf had passed his knife was sold to a collector who in turn sold it to the Buffalo Bill Museum in Cody, Wyoming. There is a photo of him with the knife in the Blackfoot Papers p.1335. Three Calf was a well known warrior and went on many raids as a young man. He moved a lot between the Aamskaapi'piikunii and the Kainai through out his life. Three Calf was a very well respected and well known leader.
